Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to plan and deliver communications for ~3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors. You will partner with senior leaders, shaping messages and managing announcements.

Responsibilities include managing the SharePoint site, producing on-brand communications, coordinating town halls and employee surveys, and aligning messaging with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of corporate or internal communications experience.
• 2+ years of experience with executive communications (VP+).
• 2+ years working with VP-level leaders, producing on-brand communications.
• 2+ years creating, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites.
• 2+ years strong writing and editing skills for diverse audiences.
• 2+ years managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• 2+ years of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 2+ years interpersonal skills and credibility with senior leaders.
• 2+ years experience with Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted communications partner to the head of A&BC, writing announcements.
• Advise leaders on communication strategy and manage large announcements.
• Maintain a communications calendar coordinating leadership messaging.
• Manage the SharePoint site, ensuring content is current and well organized.
• Plan and execute town halls and leadership events.
• Translate survey results into clear communications and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with enterprise communications on initiatives and alignment.
