Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to lead internal communications for about 3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors. You will partner with SVP/VP leaders to shape on-brand messaging, manage major announcements, and ensure timely, consistent updates across the organization.

The role handles day-to-day communications, manages the SharePoint site as the primary channel, and supports events like town halls and employee surveys.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with corporate or internal communications.
• 2+ years of experience with executive communications (VP+).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience creating, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites used as an organizational communications vehicle.
• 2+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt voice and style for different leaders and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted communications partner to the head of A&BC, writing communications and leadership messages in an authentic, on-brand voice.
• Advise SVP and VP level leaders on communication strategy and manage their major announcements and updates.
• Maintain a communications calendar to coordinate leadership messaging.
