• 4+ years of experience in corporate/internal communications
• 2+ years of experience with executive communications (VP+)
• 2+ years of experience working with VP-level leaders
• 2+ years of experience creating, managing SharePoint sites
• 2+ years of exceptional writing and editing skills
• 2+ years of ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• 2+ years of strong organizational skills
• 2+ years of strong interpersonal skills
• 2+ years with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)

Aufgaben

• Serve as a trusted communications partner to the head of A&BC, writing communications and leadership messages in an authentic, on-brand voice
• Advise senior leaders on communication strategy and manage planning, drafting, and delivery of major announcements
• Maintain a communications calendar to coordinate leadership messaging
• Develop and distribute operational communications, newsletters, and updates across the organization
• Tailor content and tone to different audiences and ensure brand consistency
• Maintain and govern the SharePoint site as the primary communications channel
• Plan and execute town halls, surveys, and engagement activities
• Collaborate with the broader enterprise communications team on initiatives and align messaging
