Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to lead executive messaging, manage the A&BC SharePoint site, and drive organization-wide communications for roughly 3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors. You will work closely with SVP/VP leaders to craft on-brand announcements and maintain engagement across all channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in corporate/internal communications
• 2+ years in executive communications (VP+ level)
• Experience partnering with VP-level leaders on on-tone, on-brand messaging
• Hands-on experience creating, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites for org-wide comms
• Excellent writing and editing skills across different leaders/audiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience coordinating executive communications and announcements
• Experience with enterprise communications and governance for large organizations

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted communications partner to the head of A&BC with authentic, on-brand messaging
• Advise senior leaders on communication strategy and manage announcements and updates
• Maintain a communications calendar to avoid overlap and fatigue
• Develop and distribute operational communications and newsletters to the organization
• Tailor content and tone for different audiences across channels
• Maintain branding standards and content quality across channels
• Manage and edit the SharePoint site and create new pages/resources
• Support governance, permissions, and content quality with site owners
• Plan and execute town halls and leadership events including follow-ups
• Analyze employee surveys and translate results into actionable insights
• Collaborate with enterprise comms on initiatives like Vibrancy Awards
• Support ad hoc activities and align with enterprise messaging
