Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to lead day‑to‑day internal communications for about 3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors. You will partner with senior leaders to craft authentic announcements and manage the SharePoint site as the primary channel for information.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate/internal communications.
• 2+ years of experience with executive communications (VP+).
• 2+ years collaborating with VP-level leaders and producing on-tone, on-brand communications.
• 2+ years creating, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites.
• 2+ years of exceptional writing/editing skills for diverse leaders/audiences.
• 2+ years managing multiple priorities, workstreams, deadlines.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver internal communications for ~3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors.
• Manage A&BC SharePoint site as the primary communications channel; keep content current.
• Support leadership messaging and announcements for SVP/VP level leaders.
• Develop newsletters and organization-wide updates; tailor content to audiences.
• Support town halls, surveys, and engagement activities; track engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with enterprise communications teams on initiatives and brand alignment.
