Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to lead executive messaging, manage the A&BC SharePoint site, and drive organization-wide communications for ~3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors.

This role partners with SVP/VP leaders, shapes on-brand communications, and supports engagement initiatives like Vibrancy Awards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with corporate or internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted communications partner to the head of A&BC, writing communications and leadership messages in an authentic, on-brand voice.
• Maintain a communications calendar coordinating leadership messaging and announcements.
• Develop and distribute operational communications, newsletters, and updates to the organization.
• Tailor content, tone, and channel to different audiences across channels.
• Manage, edit, and maintain the A&BC SharePoint site as the primary communications vehicle.
• Plan, administer, and report on town halls, surveys, and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with broader enterprise communications on initiatives and branding guidance.
