Job summary

Sierra Space seeks a Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst III to develop and maintain the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), perform critical path analysis, and conduct Schedule Risk Assessments to support decision-making and meeting schedule commitments.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 5+ years of related experience in scheduling/analytic roles.
• Experience with schedule management, data analysis, and program operations.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the program IMS and ensure alignment with contracts.
• Perform critical path, variance analysis, and Schedule Risk Assessments.
• Prepare reports for program leadership to aid decision making.
• Incorporate contractual changes to maintain realistic baselines.
• Present schedule insights to stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
