Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to define buyer journeys, develop campaign strategies, and create integrated marketing plans across a growing product portfolio. You will orchestrate multi‑channel campaigns from planning to execution, driving awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

The role emphasizes systems thinking, AI‑assisted marketing, and close partnership with Product Marketing, Content, Design, Performance Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales Enablement

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Campaigns, Growth Marketing or related roles within complex B2B or multi‑product environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience building or scaling campaign capabilities in high‑growth organizations.
• Background in fintech, insurance, financial services, SaaS, enterprise software, or other complex services industries is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated, cross‑channel campaign strategies aligned to business priorities and buyer journeys.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution across content, digital, performance marketing, and field teams.
• Coordinate campaign assets, workflows, approvals, and launch readiness with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Deliver campaign performance reports and refine future campaigns.
