Q2 is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy, planning, and execution for our AI solution portfolio. You will work with Product Marketing, Communications, Content, Brand, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure campaigns drive measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 6+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 6 years.
• Understanding of B2B product marketing and product management is preferred.
• Excellent communication and strong KPI-driven mindset are needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing strategy across product marketing, communications, content, brand, sales and customer success.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, events) aligned with sales to drive demand.
• Define and document end-to-end project plans; coordinate with stakeholders for on-time delivery.
• Leverage customer insights to shape ongoing campaigns meeting business goals.
• Collaborate with product, sales and other teams to extend the marketing vision to the target market.
• Utilize marketing tech to track, measure, and report campaign performance (Salesforce, Marketo, Confluence, Wrike).
