Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, seeks a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to define buyer journeys, craft campaign strategies, and orchestrate integrated campaigns across channels for a growing portfolio.

You will partner with Product Marketing, Content, Design, and Sales Enablement to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue, using AI to accelerate development and improve performance. This on‑site role located in Chicago requires leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing integrated cross‑channel campaigns in B2B or multi‑solution environments.
• Strong understanding of modern marketing tactics and full‑funnel buying journeys.
• Systems thinker able to build scalable, repeatable processes.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate campaign development, content creation, or analytics.
• Excellent collaboration with Product Marketing, Content, Design, Performance Marketing, Revenue Ops, and Sales Enablement.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated, cross‑channel campaign strategies aligned to objectives and buyer journeys.
• Translate objectives into clear campaigns, goals, and performance plans.
• Define audiences, needs, narratives, content requirements, and success metrics.
• Build plans, timelines, and briefs guiding content, design, digital activation, and field teams.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution with on‑time delivery and message consistency.
• Coordinate assets, approvals, and launch readiness with stakeholders.
• Act as hub connecting Product Marketing, Content, Design, Revenue Operations, and Sales Enablement.
• Create repeatable processes to scale campaigns and improve efficiency.
• Leverage AI to accelerate campaign development and improve insights.
• Deliver performance reports with actionable optimization insights.
