Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of marketing experience.
• Understanding of marketing communications vehicles, including email, direct mail, collateral, video, web and trade shows.
• Experience managing multiple marketing projects and timelines.
• Strong writing skills and experience.
• Knowledge of AP style.
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Understanding of graphic applications, image/media files, web media/interactive marketing.
• Positive attitude with a desire to go above and beyond expectations.
• Technology/software industry and public sector experience preferred.

• Drive business success by developing innovative ways to communicate marketing messages through integrated programs across direct mail, email, web, video, collateral, and events.
• Ensure marketing messaging is consistent and drives the key messages in an impactful way.
• Write copy for marketing materials in a manner that is audience appropriate and impactful.
• Interact with sales or internal clients to understand business needs and develop marketing approaches.
• Utilize a metric-driven approach to determine campaign effectiveness and adjust future activities.
• Manage campaigns to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and manage project schedules, approvals, and related needs using PM software.
• Obtain product or service information from internal SMEs or clients.
• Write product sheets, brochures, case studies, newsletters, advertising, social media, and other materials.
• Provide guidance for marketing staff concerning messaging and project direction.
• Provide leadership or mentorship to junior team members.
