Job summary

Tyler Technologies seeks a Manager of Marketing Programs to lead vertical marketing campaigns for state and federal markets. You will manage multi-faceted campaigns, coordinate with sales and shared services, and drive creative, timely communications that support revenue growth.

As part of the corporate staff, you will mentor teammates, ensure brand consistency, measure ROI, and oversee programs across product lines while aligning with executive priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
• At least 8 years of marketing experience.
• Strong writing skills with ability to generate impactful messages.
• Experience managing multiple marketing projects and timelines.
• Experience overseeing direct marketing, video, ads, collateral, and web content.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and AP style.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multi-faceted marketing projects and campaigns across channels.
• Determine tactically effective marketing actions to meet strategic goals.
• Gather information from internal experts and clients as needed.
