Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the Appraisal & Tax marketing team across campaigns, events, and content development. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and independent execution to raise awareness and generate leads.

The ideal candidate shows strong copywriting skills, quick mastery of marketing platforms, and experience with email, social media, and performance reporting via Google Analytics and Power BI. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of marketing experience.
Understanding of marketing communications vehicles including email, direct mail, collateral, video, web and social media.
Experience effectively managing a variety of marketing projects and timelines.
Strong writing skills and knowledge of AP style.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement multi-faceted marketing campaigns across channels (email, blogs, social, web, webinars, infographics, videos, events).
Measure and optimize campaign performance using analytics and insights.
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to craft audience-focused messaging and content.
Write clear, on-brand content in Tyler voice and ensure consistent messaging.
Manage projects to ensure on-time delivery with efficient resource use.
Work independently with some oversight, while collaborating with team and clients as needed.
Stay updated on industry and marketing best practices and tools.
Leverage CoSchedule, Confluence, TyCAT, Marketo, and other tools for planning and execution.
