Branch, a remote-first insurance innovator, is hiring a Senior Territory Manager to cover a defined geography. You will build trust with agency principals, drive adoption of Branch’s quoting tools, and coach agencies toward productive results.

The role blends in-person field visits with strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage a high-travel schedule, run targeted agency visits and events, and maintain a pipeline of supported agencies while hitting production

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quota- or target-carrying field sales role where you owned a defined geography or book of business.
• Comfort and experience with managing a high-travel, self-directed field schedule.
• Strong in-person presentation and group training skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with agency principals and producers.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of Branch to agency principals and producers; drive adoption of Branch quoting tools and coach agencies to write aligned business.
• Transition from remote/digital agency management to in-person, field-based operations; manage a disciplined week without being told where to be; bring field insights back to Branch.
• Build and segment a target agency list; manage production targets, pipeline, and tracking against goals; adjust plans to close gaps.
