U.S. Bank is seeking a senior sales-focused professional to acquire, expand, and retain payment business including Treasury Management and Card products.

You will contact potential clients, provide consultative guidance on cash conversion cycles, and collaborate with Relationship Managers to grow existing accounts. Responsibilities include analyzing client operating cycles, recommending improvements, and driving revenue while maintaining high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, expand and retain new payment business including merchant, treasury management and card products.
• Prospect new business clients with outside sales focus.
• Advise clients on cash conversion cycle, working capital and internal processes.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Analyze receivables and payables for client relationships.
• Provide product/service recommendations to improve client processes.
• Leverage resources to optimize the client experience and ensure operational excellence.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals and retention objectives.
• Assist in structuring new or modified payment services and oversee implementation.
• Build relationships in the community and engage with local organizations.
• Identify business development opportunities and community impact.
