Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Payment Sales Consultant to develop and grow Payments, Merchant Services, and Commercial Card business within the Institutional Client Group.

You will partner with financial institution clients to identify opportunities and deliver strategic payment solutions to drive revenue growth. The role requires enterprise sales skills and the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder cycles across Treasury, Operations, and Product teams, coordinating to deliver integrated client

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of related sales, treasury management, or payments experience.
Demonstrated success managing complex, consultative sales engagements with multiple decision-makers

Responsibilities

Develop and grow Payments, Merchant Services, and Commercial Card business within the FIG segment of the ICG.
Identify opportunities, deliver strategic payment solutions, and drive revenue growth across a high-potential client portfolio.
Coordinate with Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Commercial Cards, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions and address client needs.
