Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Payment Sales Consultant to drive growth in Payments, Merchant Services, and Commercial Card within the Institutional Client Group. You will work with banks, insurers, asset managers, and private capital firms to deliver strategic payment solutions and meet revenue targets.

The role requires enterprise sales skill, multi-stakeholder navigation, and coordination across treasury, finance, operations, and product teams to address client needs and drive long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related sales, treasury management, or payments experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex, consultative sales with multiple decision-makers.
• Knowledge of treasury management, payment, merchant, and commercial card solutions.
• Experience calling on financial institutions and understanding their payments ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Payments, Merchant Services, and Commercial Card business within FIG/ICG.
• Identify opportunities, deliver strategic payment solutions, and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate across Treasury Management, Merchant Services, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities, achieving sales goals.
