Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer II for a remote role based in Oklahoma City. You will design, develop, and maintain eLearning, instructor-led, blended, or performance-support training solutions to boost employee productivity.

Ideal candidates will have strong instructional design skills, experience with Articulate 360 Suite, Storyline, and Microsoft Office, and the ability to collaborate with SMEs to drive projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of equivalent experience in designing and developing e-learning, instructor-led, blended or performance support training materials/solutions.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• Five years or more in Education or business environments.
• Three years or more in assessing, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions; experience with Articulate 360 Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended or performance support training solutions.
• Consult with subject matter experts and business owners to develop instructional objectives and strategies.
• Create learning project proposals and ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
• Ensure solutions match objectives and desired outcomes; communicate innovative ideas.
• Stay current with adult learning trends and best practices.
