Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended, or performance-support training solutions for Ryder employees.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create sound objectives and evaluation strategies, and you will stay current with best practices in adult learning and instructional technologies. The role emphasizes quality and timely delivery across multiple formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 8+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in education or business environments.
• 3+ years designing and delivering learning solutions; Experience with Articulate 360 Suite.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Knowledge of Storyline and other authoring tools.
• Experience working with clients and SMEs to develop training strategies.
• Knowledge of identifying training needs and solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning and instructor-led training solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs and business owners to define objectives and evaluation strategies.
