T-Mobile is seeking an instructional design leader to manage multiple projects from initiation through evaluation. You will design, pilot, and deploy training programs, mentor a design team, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality learning solutions that align with business goals.

The role requires 4–7 years in instructional design with ADDIE, content authoring, LMS expertise, and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience or combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• 4-7 years Instructional Design experience. (Preferred)

Aufgaben

• Manage multiple instructional design projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to obtain and validate course content for accuracy and relevance
• Design, pilot, and launch new training curricula to address evolving organizational needs
• Review and update existing training materials to maintain effectiveness and alignment with objectives
• Lead and mentor instructional design team members in design technology and project management practices
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support training development and implementation
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
