Job summary

T-Mobile in Irving, TX seeks an experienced Instructional Design Manager to oversee the design, development, and delivery of enterprise learning solutions, coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders.

You will lead a team of designers, apply ADDIE, leverage content authoring tools and LMS, and measure training effectiveness to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
• 4-7 years Instructional Design experience. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple instructional design projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to obtain and validate course content for accuracy and relevance
• Design, pilot, and launch new training curricula to address evolving organizational needs
• Review and update existing training materials to maintain effectiveness and alignment with objectives
• Lead and mentor instructional design team members in design technology and project management practices
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support training development and implementation
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
