Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. in Irvine, CA seeks an experienced Instructional Design Manager to lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of learning programs.

You will drive projects across cross-functional teams and mentor a growing ID group to deliver high-quality training solutions aligned with business goals. You will champion ADDIE, LMS utilization, and data-driven evaluation while partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure curricula remain current and impactful.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year related experience
• 4–7 years instructional design experience (preferred)
• Proficiency with ADDIE, content authoring tools, LMS, and needs analysis
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple instructional design projects to ensure timely delivery and quality
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate course content
• Design, pilot, and launch new training curricula
• Update existing materials to maintain effectiveness
• Lead and mentor instructional design team members
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to support development
• Handle additional duties as assigned
