• Knowledge of stakeholder engagement and training evaluations.
• Requires 3+ years of related work experience; 4–7 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple instructional design projects with timely delivery.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate course content.
• Design and launch new training curricula for evolving needs.
• Review and update materials to maintain alignment with objectives.
• Lead and mentor team members in design tech and PM practices.
• Establish vendor and stakeholder relationships to support training.
