Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced instructional designer to manage the end-to-end design of training programs. You will coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders to plan, design, and deploy training initiatives that align with business goals.

Lead a team of designers, mentor colleagues, and manage project timelines and resources to deliver high-quality learning experiences across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience (Required)
• 4-7 years Instructional Design experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple instructional design projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to obtain and validate course content for accuracy and relevance
• Design, pilot, and launch new training curricula to address evolving organizational needs
• Review and update existing training materials to maintain effectiveness and alignment with objectives
• Lead and mentor instructional design team members in design technology and project management practices
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support training development and implementation
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
