Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an instructional design professional to manage end-to-end training programs, from initiation through evaluation. You will plan, design, and deploy learning solutions while coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders.

You will lead a design team, manage timelines, validate content with SMEs, and ensure quality standards across curricula to drive employee development and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience (Required)
• 4-7 years Instructional Design experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple instructional design projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to obtain and validate course content for accuracy and relevance
• Design, pilot, and launch new training curricula to address evolving organizational needs
• Review and update existing training materials to maintain effectiveness and alignment with objectives
• Lead and mentor instructional design team members in design technology and project management practices
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support training development and implementation
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
