Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced instructional designer to manage end-to-end design projects, from initial concept through evaluation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality training solutions that align with business objectives. The role requires 4–7 years of instructional design experience, solid ADDIE and LMS skills, and the ability to mentor team members while managing timelines and resources in a dynamic corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• 4-7 years Instructional Design experience (Preferred)
• Experience with ADDIE, LMS, content authoring tools, and evaluation methods
• Strong collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders to design and deliver training

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple instructional design projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to obtain and validate course content for accuracy and relevance
• Design, pilot, and launch new training curricula to address evolving organizational needs
• Review and update existing training materials to maintain effectiveness and alignment with objectives
• Lead and mentor instructional design team members in design technology and project management practices
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support training development and implementation
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
