Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an instructional design leader to manage the complete design process from initiation to evaluation. You will plan, design, and deploy training programs while coordinating with multiple departments and mentoring the design team to meet timelines and quality standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, curriculum development, data analysis, and learning management systems expertise to drive employee development and align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year related experience (required)
• 4-7 years Instructional Design experience (preferred)
• ADDIE model is required
• Content authoring tools are required
• Curriculum development required
• Data analysis experience required
• Learning Management Systems (LMS) required
• Learning needs analysis required
• Project management required
• Stakeholder engagement required
• Training evaluations required
• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple instructional design projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate course content for accuracy and relevance
• Design, pilot, and launch new training curricula to address evolving organizational needs
• Review and update existing training materials to maintain effectiveness and alignment with objectives
• Lead and mentor instructional design team members in design technology and project management
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support training development and implementation
• Other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
