Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an instructional design lead to manage multiple projects from initiation to evaluation. You will plan, design, and deploy training programs while coordinating with departments and stakeholders.

You will mentor designers, manage timelines, and optimize resources to deliver high-quality learning experiences. The role emphasizes ADDIE, content authoring, LMS, and data-driven improvements to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related work experience, or an advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience.
• 4-7 years of Instructional Design experience preferred.
• Proficiency with ADDIE, content authoring tools, LMS, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple instructional design projects with timely delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate course content for accuracy and relevance.
• Design, pilot, and launch new training curricula for evolving needs.
• Review and update existing training materials to maintain effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor instructional design team members in design technology and PM practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders for training development.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
