Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Sr Designer, Instructional to lead the end-to-end instructional design lifecycle across training programs in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee project planning, content validation with SMEs, and rollout of curricula while mentoring a team of designers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure materials meet quality standards and align with business objectives.

• Curriculum development experience required.
• Data analysis skills required.
• Strong instructional design skills required.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) required.
• Learning needs analysis experience required.
• Project management skills required.
• Stakeholder engagement experience required.
• Training evaluations experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple instructional design projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to obtain and validate course content for accuracy and relevance
• Design, pilot, and launch new training curricula to address evolving organizational needs
• Review and update existing training materials to maintain effectiveness and alignment with objectives
• Lead and mentor instructional design team members in design technology and project management practices
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support training development and implementation
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
