Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to manage the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of training programs.

You will lead a team, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong ADDIE expertise, content authoring tools, LMS experience, and data-driven analysis to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3 years of experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related experience or equivalent.
• 4-7 years of Instructional Design experience (Preferred).
• Experience with ADDIE, LMS, and content authoring tools required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple instructional design projects to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate course content.
• Design, pilot, and launch new training curricula.
• Review and update existing training materials to align with objectives.
• Lead and mentor instructional design team members in design tech and project management.
• Establish relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support development.
