Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in the United States is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning and blended training solutions that boost employee productivity.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create instructionally sound objectives and content, ensure alignment with corporate goals, and stay current with adult learning best practices while delivering high-quality training on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related field.
• Five or more years in designing and developing e-learning and training materials.
• Experience with Articulate 360 and Storyline required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning content and testing for major initiatives that align with Ryder’s goals and competencies.
• Collaborate with SMEs and business owners to develop objectives, content, and implementation and evaluation learning strategies.
• Design and develop learning project proposals.
• Ensure instructional design solutions match objectives and outcomes and communicate innovative ideas.
• Stay updated on trends in learning methods and apply best practices in adult learning.
