Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in media research (social, digital, CTV), audience measurement, or ad sales research.
• Proficiency with Nielsen tools (NPower, NNTV, Lake5, StarTrak, Nielsen SCR, Nielsen SPR) and MRI-Simmons.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience at a media company, network or agency supporting ad sales.

Responsibilities

• Field requests from sales to fuel pitches and RFPs; pull insights from analytics tools and respond quickly.
• Build out performance reporting and create viewership analytics decks for sales meetings.
• Analyze data in Excel and Google Sheets and translate into clear insights.
• Serve as main sales contact; clarify needs and target, deliver accurate answers on tight deadlines.
• Deliver tailored pre-sale analyses for RFPs/RFIs including event performance and audience matching.
• Lead with key takeaways; cite sources (Nielsen, Comscore, MRI-Simmons) and note data limitations.
• Manage requests in Salesforce; guide Sales to self-serve tools and escalate complex studies.
• Develop proactive materials: custom audience narratives, wrap decks, case studies.
• Collaborate with data vendors; provide tool training.
• Present findings in sales team calls and Hold Co meetings.
