Job summary

Avispa Technology in New York, NY is seeking a Sr. Manager Insights to support ad revenue growth by delivering pre-sale audience research and insights to the ad sales team.

This onsite, 6-month assignment offers hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include serving as the primary research partner for sellers across linear and streaming content, delivering custom audience analyses, and guiding requests in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in media research (social, digital, CTV), audience measurement, or ad sales research.
• Experience at a media company, network, or agency supporting ad sales.
• Hands-on experience with linear and streaming measurement, including Nielsen tools (NPower, NNTV, Lake5, StarTrak, Nielsen SCR, Nielsen SPR).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience with TVision, EDO, Kantar Monitor, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience with campaign reporting and effectiveness is preferred.
• Knowledge of social media, programmatic, and retail media networks is preferred.
• Familiarity with iSpot, set-top-box or ACR data, and attention/outcomes measurement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact and day-to-day research partner for sellers across linear, streaming, sports, and tentpole content.
• Deliver pre-sale audience analysis, including event performance vs advertiser targets, demo comps and indices, audience-to-content matching, and competitive benchmarking.
• Prioritize and track requests in Salesforce, guide Sales to self-serve tools where applicable, and elevate custom studies.
• Build performance reporting and proactive materials highlighting opportunities for advertisers (wrap decks, case studies, etc.).
• Act as product liaison with data vendors, run tool training, and present at sales team calls and holding company meetings.
