A leading media and entertainment company in New York seeks a Sr. Manager Insights to support ad revenue growth by delivering pre-sale audience research and insights to the ad sales team.

The role focuses on delivering timely analyses across linear, streaming, and tentpole content, with strong Excel/Sheets work and credible sourcing. Responsibilities include serving as primary research partner for sellers, driving custom studies, and collaborating with vendor tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in media research or ad sales research
• Experience supporting ad sales in media company, network, or agency
• Hands-on in linear and streaming measurement with Nielsen tools
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; translate data into insights
• Familiar with iSpot, ACR data, and attention/outcomes measurement is a plus
• Knowledge of social media, programmatic, and retail media networks is preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary research partner for sellers across linear, streaming, sports, and tentpole content.
• Deliver pre-sale audience analysis, including event performance vs targets and benchmarks.
• Prioritize requests in Salesforce and guide sales to self-serve tools.
• Build performance reports and materials showcasing audience opportunities for advertisers.
• Act as product liaison with data vendors and present to sales teams.
