Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking a Sr. Inside Sales Representative to retain and grow a loyal SMB client base and prospect into new business.

You will conduct outbound calls, emails, social outreach and web meetings to refresh services, present solutions, and advance from discovery to proposal. You will manage relationships from onboarding to ongoing satisfaction, forecast pipelines, close deals, and drive revenue across our SMB portfolio, including IT services.

Responsibilities

• Track leads, activities and meetings through the CRM system.
