Job summary

Leica Biosystems, part of Danaher, seeks a Senior Inside Sales Representative, Service, to support service contracts in North America. The role focuses on renewals, conversions, and new opportunities, leveraging CRM and ERP tools and collaborating with field teams.

You will drive revenue growth by articulating value, mitigating risk, and improving total cost of ownership, while managing forecasts and cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience or Master’s with 0-2 years.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets.
• Foundational negotiation skills and pricing/service scope discussions.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue targets by managing renewal, conversion, and new service contract opportunities.
• Engage customers ahead of warranty expiration to renew or convert accounts.
• Position service offerings in terms of uptime, risk mitigation, total cost of ownership.
• Maintain territory forecasts using CRM and quoting tools.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Service Coordination to ensure a seamless customer experience.
