Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Inside Sales Representative, Service, to support renewal, conversion and new service contract opportunities across a North America territory. You will partner with Field Service Engineers and Service Coordination to ensure a seamless customer experience while advancing revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in sales.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), plus MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and growth by managing renewal, conversion, and new service contract opportunities.
• Support contract renewal and penetration by engaging customers before warranty expiry.
• Translate customer needs into value-based service solutions focusing on uptime and total cost of ownership.
• Execute territory plans and maintain forecasts using CRM and quoting tools.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Service Coordination to ensure a seamless customer experience.
