Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Inside Sales Representative in North America to drive service contract revenue and renewals. You will manage opportunities across the sales cycle, engage customers before warranty expiry, and position service offerings around uptime and total cost of ownership.

You will report to the Director of Service Business Operations and work within the North America Service & Support organization, supporting U.S./Canada territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and hitting revenue targets.
• Foundational negotiation skills—pricing and service scope.
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and growth targets by managing renewal, conversion, and new service contract opportunities across the sales cycle.
• Support contract renewal and penetration by engaging customers before warranty expiration.
• Translate customer needs into value-based service solutions emphasizing uptime and total cost of ownership.
• Execute territory plans and maintain forecasts using CRM tools to manage pipeline and performance.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Service Coordination for a seamless customer experience.
