Job summary

Leica Biosystems seeks a Senior Inside Sales Representative, Service, to help deliver annual service contract orders, revenue, and renewal targets across a defined NA territory. You’ll retain contracts, convert time-and-material accounts, and capture demand as instruments transition from warranty to coverage.

You’ll report to the Director, Service Business Operations in the North America Service & Support organization, supporting U.S. and/or Canada territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or Master’s with 0-2 years.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and working toward revenue targets.
• Foundational negotiation skills, including pricing and service scope.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and growth targets by managing renewal, conversion, and new service contract opportunities.
• Support contract renewal and penetration by engaging customers before warranty expiration.
• Translate customer needs into value-based service offerings focusing on uptime and total cost of ownership.
• Execute territory plans and maintain forecasts using CRM/quoting tools to manage pipeline.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Service Coordination for a seamless customer experience.
