Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency of ICD, CPT and HCPCS coding guidelines.
• Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and electronic coding systems.

Responsabilités

• Reviews complex inpatient documentation to assign ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Ensure correct code selection following Official Coding Guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards; collaborate with CDI and Quality teams.

Formation

Associate's Degree in Health Information Management or related field
