Commerce is seeking a Senior Manager, Infrastructure Engineering to lead distributed engineering teams, own platform direction, and accelerate cloud-native adoption. The role balances hands-on technical leadership with people management, focusing on reliability, security, and scalable performance across geographies.

You will collaborate with product, security, and platform architecture to reduce friction and enable fast, safe delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of infrastructure engineering, 5+ years software engineering, and 4+ years of people management.
• Strong cloud-native skills, containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach distributed infrastructure and software engineering teams.
• Own platform and infrastructure roadmap, translate strategy into quarterly priorities.
• Drive cloud-native shifts, ensure reliability, security, and global performance.
• Improve developer productivity by reducing friction in build, test, deploy, and observability.
