Qualifications

• 8+ years of infrastructure engineering experience with 4+ years in management.
• Proficiency in cloud-native architecture, containerization, and systems engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of infrastructure engineers and drive the roadmap.
• Shift the platform toward cloud-native, containerized, orchestrated environments (Kubernetes, IaC).
• Ensure reliability, security, and global performance across systems.
