Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years infrastructure engineering and 5+ years software engineering with 4+ years in people leadership.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Strong UNIX/Linux fundamentals and security consciousness.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, PHP, Python, Golang, Java.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and global, cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distributed infrastructure and software engineering teams, including hiring and performance management.
• Own platform and infrastructure roadmap and translate strategy into quarterly priorities.
• Drive cloud-native, containerized, and orchestrated environments and IaC.
• Ensure infrastructure supports global scale, performance, and availability.
• Improve developer productivity by reducing friction across CI/CD and observability.
• Collaborate with security and architecture peers to balance reliability and velocity.
• Mentor engineers and grow leadership within the team.
• Engage with Talent Acquisition to attract top infra talent.
