Job summary

University Hospital is seeking a Senior Customer Service Receptionist to register visitors for visitation and same-day procedures, creating visitor badges in the Visitor Management System. You will greet patients and visitors, directing them to the correct locations and providing friendly, prompt assistance.

You will also assist in training new staff, take the lead at the Information Desk as needed, and support the supervisor in their absence to ensure high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years in business, hospitality or healthcare.
• Preferred: Associate Degree with 1 year in related field.
• Strong computer and data entry skills with website navigation.

Responsibilities

• Register visitors for visitation and same-day procedures using the Visitor Management System.
• Greet patients and visitors and offer friendly, prompt assistance.
• Direct patients and visitors to the correct destinations.
• Assist in training new staff members.
• Take the lead at the Information Desk as needed.
• Support the supervisor’s absence to ensure high customer satisfaction.
