NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior HPC Support Engineer focusing on InfiniBand, NVLink, and GPU technologies to support data center installations and operations. You will be the primary customer contact, diagnosing complex issues, and coordinating with engineering and support teams to improve processes.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong networking knowledge, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• 5+ years in in-depth customer support for large-scale networking/AI infra.
• Strong English communication and multi-tasking.
• Experience with InfiniBand, Ethernet, and GPU infra is a plus.

• Resolve customer issues via research, reproduction, and debugging.
• Answer inquiries by phone, email, or conference calls.
