Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior HPC Support Engineer focused on InfiniBand and NVLink to support customers installing, operating, and debugging AI infrastructure and networking products.

Based in Westford, MA, you will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and support teams, resolve complex issues, and contribute to improvement of internal tools and methodologies. NVIDIA offers equity and comprehensive benefits and values inclusive, innovative collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-depth customer support and debugging in large-scale networking/AI infrastructure environments.
• Experience with InfiniBand, Ethernet, GPU infrastructure and performance.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Academic degree in Networking/CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and technical issues through research, reproduction, and problem solving for installations and support.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or conference calls.
• Assist with installation, operation, maintenance or interoperability with other vendors.
• Collaborate with engineering/marketing on product requirements and support tools.
• Develop and document standard methodologies for internal support processes.
