Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior HPC Support Engineer focused on InfiniBand and NVLink to provide high-level technical support for data center networking and AI infrastructure. You will resolve complex customer issues, work with engineering and marketing on product requirements, and contribute to improving support processes.

The role requires hands-on experience with Linux, networking protocols, and GPU technology, with opportunities for growth and equity benefits in a global team.

Qualifications

8+ years in providing in-depth customer support and debugging in large-scale networking and AI infrastructure environments.
Academic degree in Networking, CS/Engineering, or Electrical/IT (or equivalent).
Experience with AI technologies/tools in day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and issues for InfiniBand, NVLink, and GPU solutions.
Respond to support inquiries via phone, email, or conference calls.
Assist during installation, operation, maintenance, or interoperability with vendors.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide feedback to engineering and marketing.
Document standard support methodologies for internal teams.
