NVIDIA is seeking a Senior HPC Support Engineer in Santa Clara, CA, focused on InfiniBand, NVLink, and GPU technology. You will resolve complex customer issues, assist with installations, and collaborate with engineering and marketing to improve product support and customer satisfaction.

The role requires deep networking knowledge, Linux experience, and strong communication skills. You will be part of a global support team delivering end-to-end solutions and innovations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer support for large-scale networking/AI infrastructure.
• Academic degree in Networking, CS/Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Agentic AI tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor).
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Analytical, self-motivated and team-oriented with strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Resolve sophisticated customer concerns through research, reproduction, and problem solving for installations and operations of NVIDIA InfiniBand, NVLink and GPU solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or conference calls.
• Assist with installation, operation, and interoperability with other vendors.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide feedback to engineering/marketing.
• Develop and document standard support methodologies for internal teams.
