Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Senior HPC Support Engineer focusing on InfiniBand and NVLink to support data center and AI infrastructure. You will be the primary contact for customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams.

Responsibilities include installation support, issue resolution, and contributing to standard methodologies. Strong networking, Linux, and GPU technology experience required. Equity and competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

5+ years in-depth customer support and debugging for large-scale networking and AI infrastructure.
Academic degree in Networking, Computer Science/Engineering, or Electrical/IT (or equivalent).
Experience with Agentic AI technologies (Claude, Codex, Cursor).
Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and technical issues via research, reproduction, and troubleshooting.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or calls.
Resolve issues during installation, operation, maintenance, or interoperability with other vendors.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide feedback to engineering and marketing.
Develop, redefine and document standard methodologies for internal support processes.
