Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Senior HPC Support Engineer specializing in InfiniBand and NVLink technology to provide comprehensive support for data center and networking products. You will be the primary customer contact, resolving complex issues, guiding installations, and collaborating with Engineering and Marketing to improve products and support tools.

The role emphasizes ownership, meticulous problem solving, and maintaining high customer satisfaction across multi-distro Linux environments.

Qualifications

5+ years in in-depth customer support and debugging in large-scale networking/AI infrastructure environments.
Experience with InfiniBand, Ethernet, GPU environments and performance.
Proven ability to research, reproduce, and resolve complex issues.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English.
Familiarity with AI tooling or agentic AI technologies (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor).

Responsibilities

Resolve complex customer concerns and technical issues through thorough research and reproduction for Linux-based installations.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or conference calls.
Assist with installation, operation, maintenance, and interoperability with other vendors.
Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams for feedback and improvements.
Develop and document standard methodologies for internal support processes.
